RETRUN SHIPPING
Any Exchange request must be raised by customer within 3 days of product delivery. We do not provide any reversal pick up so any product that need to be exchanged should be sent back to us by customer at their own cost

Please ensure that all returned item are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit
After the receipt of items your request for refund/exchanged would be processed
In the case of exchanges your new order will be dispatched to you with in 3/5 business days after we receive the items back to us.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product we will cover the return shipping charges
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Return is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or colour of dress , we suggest that the customer should read the product description before placing an order
Items must be returned with 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packing intact.
We do offer refunds. Eligible returns will receive store credit or may be exchanged for another item
We have 7 Day refund return and replacement policy
Replacement products will be delivered within 5-7 days
If refund is processed it will be credited within 5-7 days in bank account
